Amy Sezawich is the Director of Underwriting at PenTrust. Amy is responsible for the preparation of project investment and loan applications, completion of loan and investment submissions, and the review and negotiation of loan closing documentation. Prior to joining PenTrust, Amy was employed with GMAC Commercial Mortgage in their Securitized Portfolio Management Group. Amy has nineteen years of experience in commercial real estate and investment banking. Her previous experience includes working as a commercial mortgage based securities (CMBS) loan underwriter for CreditVest, Inc.; as a senior credit analyst at National City Bank; and various real estate administrative positions at the former Westinghouse Credit Corporation. Amy has a BS in accounting from Robert Morris University.
