• Historic preservation and renovation of an abandoned cork factory into 295 loft apartments with a parking garage and retail space.

• Located on 25th Street in the Strip District of Pittsburgh, this project was completed in March 2007 and is a unique and beatiful place to live.

• Loan was repaid in March 2007.
